Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the product type, availability, and whether the item is made to order.

Coasters, trays, and prints generally ship by standard parcel service. Original artwork may require custom packaging, local delivery, pickup, or a shipping quote depending on size and destination.

Shipping costs and available shipping options are shown at checkout when applicable.

Local pickup or local delivery in the Montreal area may be available for some items. Please contact lindsay@artbyljs.com before ordering if you would like to discuss pickup, local delivery, or special shipping arrangements.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
